JPMorgan Chase's executive Lorna Hajdini (L) was accused of sexual abuse by her colleague Chirayu Rana (R).

A fresh lawsuit filed by former JPMorgan banker Chirayu Rana has introduced new allegations against senior executive Lorna Hajdini, including claims that an anonymous witness was invited to join an alleged “threesome", according to recent court filings.

The new complaint presents what Rana describes as additional evidence, including statements from an unnamed individual said to be a family friend. The witness claims he was staying at a New York apartment in September 2024 when he was woken during the night and allegedly asked by Hajdini to join her and Rana in the bedroom, New York Post reported.

According to the filing, he refused multiple times but was repeatedly pressured. He further claimed he later heard Rana asking Hajdini to stop.

The latest filing comes after JPMorgan rejected Rana’s earlier lawsuit as “entirely fabricated" and said he did not report to Hajdini.

New Witness Accounts Emerge

According to the complaint, the witness called Hajdini as acting in a drunken and forceful manner during the incident. He alleged she sat beside him, lit a cigarette and urged him to “join them". The filing also includes claims that Hajdini made controlling remarks, including an alleged statement implying ownership over Rana.

Other witness accounts cited in the complaint claim to have seen physical contact between Rana and Hajdini in public, including at a concert and on a street in New York. These accounts are presented by Rana as supporting his earlier allegations of harassment and coercion.

Earlier ‘Sex Slave’ Allegations

The new claims build on Rana’s earlier lawsuit, in which he accused Hajdini of sexual abuse and coercion.

Filing under a pseudonym, Rana alleged that he was drugged and forced into sexual acts, and described himself as being treated like a “sex slave". He also claimed his job and bonus were used to pressure him.

Hajdini has strongly denied all allegations. Her lawyers have said she “categorically denies" the claims and has never engaged in any inappropriate conduct. They also disputed details of the alleged incidents.
