The Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max features a 6.9-inch OLED Super Retina XDR display with a resolution of 2868x1320 pixels and a 120Hz ProMotion adaptive refresh rate. The screen supports Always-On functionality, True Tone, and reaches up to 3,000 nits of peak outdoor brightness while being protected by Apple's Ceramic Shield 2.
The phone comes with a thickness of 8.75mm while weighing 231g. The phone comes with IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, meaning it is protected against up to 1.5 meter of water for 30 minutes.
The Apple flagship also comes with a multi-function Action button for setting custom shortcuts and a dedicated Camera Control sensor for tinkering with things like exposure, depth, and zoom adjustments.

As for connectivity, the phone comes with 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, a second-generation Ultra Wideband chip, Thread networking technology, and NFC.
