Vijay releases first video message after stampede at TVK's Karur rally kills 41: ‘Truth will come out soon’

Actor-turned politician Vijay released a first video message after a stampede at TVK's Karur rally that killed 41.

“What should not have happened has happened,” Vijay said, adding that the “truth about stampede will come out soon.”

“I have never faced such a 'painful situation' in my life. I didn't visit Karur as it would lead to an unusual situation,” he added.

Vijay promised that he would meet the victims soon.
